jilibid Platform Usage Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jilibid ("jilibid", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jilibid website located at https://jilibid.net and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, virtual sports, crash games, promotions, and customer support services.

By registering an account with jilibid, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise participating in any activity offered on the platform, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms and Conditions in full and understand their contents.
• You agree unconditionally to be bound by these Terms.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• All information provided by you to jilibid is accurate, truthful, and up to date.

jilibid reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the jilibid platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with jilibid's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the overall agreement between you and jilibid.

To register and use a jilibid account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. jilibid does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, access, or use the platform in any capacity.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, or other legal structure).
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player with jilibid or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, consultant, or director of jilibid or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

Age Verification

jilibid employs age and identity verification procedures to ensure compliance with the 18+ requirement. Upon registration and/or prior to the processing of any withdrawal, jilibid may request one or more of the following documents:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission.
• Valid passport.
• Bangladesh driving licence.
• Any other government-issued photographic identity document accepted at jilibid's discretion.

Where jilibid has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player does not meet the age or eligibility requirements, the account will be suspended pending verification. Any winnings accrued during a period of suspended or unverified status may be withheld until verification is successfully completed. If verification confirms that the eligibility requirements are not met, the account will be permanently closed and any deposits may be returned net of any bonuses claimed.

jilibid strongly encourages parents and guardians to make use of parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling services. Information on suitable tools is available from third-party child safety organisations.

To access the full range of jilibid services, you are required to create a personal account. Registration is free of charge and can be completed via the jilibid website. During registration, you will be asked to provide accurate personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and preferred currency.

One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) active account on the jilibid platform. Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jilibid reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to confiscate any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with those accounts.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your jilibid username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances. Any activity conducted on the platform using your account credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and jilibid will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access arises from your failure to protect your credentials.

If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify jilibid's support team immediately via live chat. jilibid may temporarily suspend your account whilst the matter is investigated.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

As part of jilibid's commitment to safe, fair, and transparent gaming, the platform operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to complete KYC at various stages, including upon first withdrawal, when withdrawals exceed specified thresholds, or at any time at jilibid's discretion. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in the restriction or suspension of your account.

All personal data collected during registration and KYC is handled in accordance with jilibid's Privacy Policy.

Accepted Payment Methods

jilibid accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels, all of which are widely used across Bangladesh:

Deposits

The minimum deposit at jilibid is ৳100. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the player's jilibid account balance within seconds of a successful transaction confirmation. There are no deposit fees charged by jilibid on standard mobile banking transactions, though your mobile financial service provider may apply their own standard transaction charges.

Players are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited to jilibid originate from a payment method registered in their own name. jilibid does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit found to originate from an account not belonging to the registered player may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The player's account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be met in full before real-money funds converted from bonus play can be withdrawn.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and are displayed within the cashier section of the platform.
• jilibid aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and the player's bank or mobile financial service.

Currency

All transactions on jilibid are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). jilibid does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any funds deposited in a foreign currency will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and conversion fees may apply.

jilibid offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladeshi calendar such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL season. All promotions are subject to these general bonus terms unless superseded by the specific terms of an individual promotion.

General Bonus Terms

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion will be stated clearly at the time of the offer. Unless otherwise specified, the wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount only (not the deposit amount).
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage. Specific game contribution rates are published in the individual promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated free spins must be used within the timeframe specified in the promotion. Unused bonus funds and free spins will expire automatically at the end of the promotional period.
• Maximum Bet During Wagering: While wagering bonus funds, the maximum permitted single bet is ৳500 or the equivalent stake limit specified in the promotion, whichever is lower. Bets exceeding this limit during a bonus wagering period may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Maximum Bonus Withdrawal: Unless otherwise stated, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus winnings is capped at 10x the bonus amount received. Any winnings exceeding this cap will be removed from the account balance upon withdrawal.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless explicitly permitted otherwise by jilibid. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses without authorisation will result in the forfeiture of all but the most recently claimed offer.

Bonus Abuse

jilibid monitors bonus activity across all accounts. Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing low-risk hedged bets solely to meet wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or exploiting errors or unintended platform behaviour to gain an unfair advantage — will have their bonus and associated winnings forfeited, and may face permanent account closure. jilibid's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.

jilibid reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in, jilibid will honour the terms as they existed at the time of opt-in to the extent reasonably practicable.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jilibid platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or verification; impersonating another person; using stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
• Money Laundering: Using jilibid as a vehicle for any money laundering activity, including depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gaming intent, or depositing proceeds from criminal activity. jilibid complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in table or card games to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the jilibid platform, place bets, or gain an advantage over other players or the platform itself.
• Exploitation of Software Errors: Deliberately exploiting technical faults, glitches, or malfunctions in the platform software for financial gain. Winnings resulting from a known or exploited technical error will be voided.
• Third-Party Accounts: Operating, accessing, or funding an account on behalf of another person; allowing a third party to operate your jilibid account.
• Arbitrage Betting: Placing bets across multiple platforms or markets in a systematic manner designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, in a way that is inconsistent with normal recreational betting behaviour.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider in bad faith after genuine gambling activity has taken place. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in account closure and may result in debt recovery action.

jilibid employs automated fraud detection and risk management systems that monitor all account activity in real time. Where suspicious activity is identified, jilibid reserves the right to suspend the account, freeze balances, and conduct a thorough internal investigation before taking further action. Players will be notified of the outcome of any investigation via their registered email address within a reasonable timeframe.

All content on the jilibid platform — including but not limited to the jilibid brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, icons, text, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all other intellectual property — is the exclusive property of jilibid or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jilibid platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, or transmit any content from the jilibid platform in any form or by any means.
• Modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
• Use the jilibid brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks without prior written consent from jilibid.
• Frame, scrape, or mirror any page of the jilibid website on any other website or platform.

Game content including game graphics, audio, animation, and mechanics are the intellectual property of the respective software providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, and NetEnt — and are licensed to jilibid for display on the platform. These providers retain all rights in their respective game content.

Any unauthorised use of jilibid's intellectual property or that of its game providers may result in legal action. If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed by content on the jilibid platform, please contact the jilibid support team.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilibid, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the jilibid platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from platform downtime, technical faults, or interruptions in service.
• Loss of data resulting from technical failures or security incidents beyond jilibid's reasonable control.
• Any financial loss arising from your gambling activity on the platform, including losses resulting from problem gambling behaviour.
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard.
• Any damage to your device, software, or data arising from your access to the jilibid website.

Platform Availability

jilibid makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, jilibid does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated to players in advance where reasonably practicable. jilibid shall not be liable for any losses arising from periods of planned or unplanned unavailability.

Game Results

All game outcomes on the jilibid platform — whether generated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) for casino games or determined by a live dealer for live casino titles — are final once the round is completed. jilibid does not accept claims for compensation based on disputed game results unless there is demonstrable evidence of a technical malfunction that affected the outcome of the game in a material way.

In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that renders a game outcome void, jilibid reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's account balance. This is the maximum remedy available to a player in the event of a technical malfunction.

Closure by jilibid

jilibid reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account at any time and without prior notice if jilibid has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited purposes.
• Continuing to provide services to the player would expose jilibid to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• The player has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so.

Where an account is closed due to a proven breach of these Terms, jilibid reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance including deposited funds, bonus funds, and any outstanding winnings. In cases where no breach has been established, any remaining real-money balance (net of bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the original payment method.

Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request to close your jilibid account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, jilibid will process the account closure within a reasonable period. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and conditions.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that they are experiencing difficulties with their gambling behaviour are strongly encouraged to use jilibid's self-exclusion tools rather than simple account closure. These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. jilibid operates with the intent of complying fully with all applicable laws and regulations relevant to the provision of online gaming services to players in Bangladesh.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and jilibid arising from your use of the platform, you are encouraged to first contact jilibid's customer support team via live chat. The support team will attempt to resolve the matter informally and in good faith within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally through the support team within 30 days of first contact, either party may escalate the matter through formal channels. jilibid will cooperate fully with any legitimate dispute resolution process.

No Waiver

jilibid's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms at any time shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision or of any other provision. A waiver of any breach of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and jilibid with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.
